Wedding in Cambridge

We hit the road on destination and traveled down to Cambridge, MD for Kaet and Chris’s wedding held at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church, and the Hyatt Regency Chesapeake. This couple defines beauty. Kaet was Miss Maine 2007 and Chris is a news anchor at WBOC-16. So cool. Aside from being beautiful they were a blast to work with. We got to know them even better when we interviewed some of their friends and family. They spoke highly of the couple and memories they shared. This served as great dialog for us to weave into their highlight reel.

Wedding at the Borgata

Love burns warm at this wedding at the Borgata in Atlantic City, NJ even in the heart of January on the North East coast. Kylene & Jay spared no expense for their wedding at the Water Club at the Borgata in Atlantic City, Nj. One of their favorite places to vacation, the water club on the ocean sports 5 different pools and spa’s.

We were able to capture stunning nighttime HDR time lapses of the exterior building around the Borgata. The Lighting around the pool really helped capture the cinematic, party vibe. When you have a giant, humid pool room even tropical Palm trees thrive during the middle of winter. Check out all our shots in Kylene & Jay’s Highlight reel below:

New cinema rig!

We recently acquired our new cinema cameras! We are the proud owners of two Sony NEX-FS100’s. The Sony FS100 is an interchangeable lens 35mm sensor camera. That means that the imaging sensor matches that of standard Holywood film cameras!

We added the Metabones Speed Booster to adapt the Sony E mount to Canon EF making all of Canon’ finest lenses available for our use. The Speed booster also enlarges the 35mm sensor to full frame and adds an extra Fstop. This yields a cinematic shallow depth of field, and superior low light capabilities. Yea!
